Sharon is Director at Discover Your Bounce group and is a qualified Accountant with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles and growing successful businesses. Within Discover Your Bounce, Sharon looks after the finances and provides strategic direction for the group. She is a popular conference speaker as well as regularly creating and facilitating workshops. A qualified coach and mentor, Sharon is passionate about people becoming the best that they can be and allowing their true talents to shine.

In her spare time Sharon is an Advocate for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) encouraging people in to the profession and supporting their development. She also enjoys music and has been known to play the flute and sing – although not at the same time!
