Becca Teers

Becca Teers is an author, therapist, mind transformational expert, speaker, trainer, and consultant. She is the founder of Healthy Habits: Hypnosis for Positive Change, in which she uses mind management techniques including cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to help others achieve their full potential and live happy, fulfilled, exciting lives.

Becca was first introduced to the field of personal development in her early twenties, whilst travelling the world. A fellow traveller and friend lent her his copy of the old classic, How To Win Friends and Influence People, by Dale Carnegie, followed by The Road Less Travelled, by M. Scott Peck. Inspired by these amazing books and the powerful messages within those pages, Becca began a quest for self–improvement that fairly quickly became a lifelong passion to help others do the same. Hungry for knowledge and deeply fascinated by this dynamic field of human potential, over the next twenty years, she read every personal development book she could get her hands on, attended countless seminars on the subject, took part in retreats, qualified in several therapeutic and healing techniques, and has extensively studied the success strategies and habits of high-achieving, happy people. She now shares this learning in her first book, Unlimited: 7 Habits To Unleash Your Full Potential & Get the Life You Want, with the aim to help others to overcome their own limitations and live happy, successful, fulfilled lives.

This book takes valuable information from Becca’s London-based practice, Healthy Habits, which helps individuals with mindset management, transforming limiting beliefs, combating phobias, and making positive health and lifestyle changes such as weight loss, cutting down on alcohol, and giving up smoking. Becca’s passion is helping others to challenge and transform beliefs and behaviours that limit them.

In the UK and internationally, Becca runs mindset transformational workshops that incorporate the seven habits discussed in this book. These entertaining, effective training sessions can be booked for private and corporate groups, as well as schools and colleges. She is especially passionate about mentoring and teaching these strategies to youngsters so they can learn essential life skills such as goal-setting, confidence-building, planning, belief, and focus. One of her ambitions is for personal development to be included in high school curriculums, so that youngsters will be equipped to take opportunities, overcome adversity and/ or difficulties, and have the confidence to go for what they want in life.
