Scott Gould

Scott Gould is the author of The Shape of Engagement. He is an advisor to Global 500 companies and the Public Sector alike on the subject of engagement, for which he is a passionate advocate.

He has spent 18 years working in engagement, rigorously trying to work out what it is that gets people engaged. He's then spent the last 8 years reducing that down to as simple a formula as he can, so that people can quickly and easily understand how they can make engagement happen in frontiers such as customer engagement, employee engagement, community engagement, enterprise engagement, and even interpersonal engagement.

The result is his book, The Shape of Engagement. He speaks to organisations and conferences around the world, inspiring and educating them to unlock their own engagement potential, and in turn, unlock the value in others.
