Markus Klein

My name is Markus Klein, I am married and am the proud daddy of a daughter. For more than 20 years, I have been working in the IT business with a focus on Microsoft technology. After "Information Worker" topics (Windows and Exchange) were my focus in the first years of my work, I started to deal with System Center topics (MOM 2000 and SMS 2.0). Since the availability of System Center in 2010, my focus has shifted to service manager and automation. Even during the beta phase of Katal 1.0, the first version of Azure Pack, I have worked my way in and focused on it completely since Azure Pack 2.0. Since working on the early beta of Azure Pack 2.0, I have been responsible for large customer projects (increasingly in the service provider and enterprise environment. In May 2011, I founded the service manager UserGroup and received a lot of support from Microsoft's private cloud team. The SCSM UserGroup became the Building Clouds Community and, most recently, the Microsoft Cloud Community. From 01.01.2013 – 30.09.2017, I was MVP Datacenter & Cloud Management and regularly worked as a speaker as well as in the "Hands on Labs" and "Ask-the-Experts" department at home and abroad.

Since 01.10.2017, I have been a TSP – Technology Solutions Specialist – (Hybrid) Azure at Microsoft Germany and am founding members of the Azure Meetup Ruhr Area and the Azure Meetup Münsterland as well as operating the website www.azurestack.rocks finds in Twitter I was also given under this handle.
