Kathleen Barger

Kathleen Barger lives in the special small town of Carbondale on the Western Slope of Colorado. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and taught school many years ago. Before moving to Colorado she was a development consultant to nonprofits in northern New England.

This true story of Guinness the kitty is her first book, and Kathy believes in the joy of having animals find their Forever Human Friends. Proceeds from the sale of the book will go to Colorado Mountain Rescue (CARE) and Colorado Mountain College No Barriers Fund.
