Daniel Lambert

Daniel Lambert, M. Sc., is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur in business and enterprise architecture. He has worked in the past with organizations from a broad array of industries, like financial services, insurance companies, utilities, pharmaceuticals, transportation, manufacturing, computer software, telecom, and healthcare.

Daniel is currently VP Business Architect at Benchmark Consulting. Benchmark provides digital transformation consulting services, including the following:

- Custom-made business architecture tutorials,

- Implementation of a customer-centric business architecture practice,

- Adjustment of project portfolio management based on capabilities,

- Rationalization of application portfolios based on capabilities, and

- Streamlining business processes based on capabilities, customer journeys, and value streams.

Most consulting interventions are executed using a collaborative IRIS Business Architect software application for enterprise architects, business architects, IT/Solution architects, and business analysis to optimize planning and road maps from strategy to delivery.
