Lee Broughton

Lee Broughton is a freelance writer, critic, film programmer and lecturer in film and cultural studies. His research interests include the Western, horror films and cult movies more generally. He was the assistant editor of the Spaghetti Westerns fanzine Westerns All'Italiana! for a number of years and he worked as an archival researcher for the numerous documentaries that appeared on MGM's Special Edition DVDs of Sergio Leone's A Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly and A Fistful of Dynamite. He regularly contributes film reviews and articles to the DVD Savant / CineSavant / Trailers from Hell and PopMatters on-line magazines as well as the Current Thinking on the Western and Psychotronic Cinemas: The Cult Movie World Wide web columns.
