Emma Davidson

Emma Murray (Davidson) is a Scottish Children’s book Author from Musselburgh, Scotland. In 2021 her teenage son was diagnosed with childhood cancer. Emma found being in the Hospital mentally and emotionally challenging. She suffered severe anxiety and was diagnosed with PTSD. She was conscious of how other people may feel nervous in a Hospital setting, particularly children so decided to write her first children’s book “Hope The Hospital Fairy” to try to help children overcome any fears they may have.

Emma is a Florist to trade but after the enjoyment and excitement she got from writing her first book she has gone on to write a second book, still to be published and also wants to expand on “Hope The Hospital Fairy” in other areas.
