"A. Brain" is a pen name, but behind it is a real human with a real brain. This particular brain happens to belong to a scientist who was trained as a physicist and then spent many years conducting research in neuroscience, with a deep interest in understanding the function of brain circuits and the physical foundations of consciousness. These interests and experiences inform A. Brain's writing.

This brain does scientific research for living and for the fun of it. And in its free time, it enjoys fiction writing as well as reading good stories or spending time outdoors.
