MJ is a cybersecurity and AI leader with more than 20 years of experience and deep technical expertise across Big Data, AI/GenAI, cloud, DevSecOps, and IoT/edge, with additional depth in data governance, application security, cyber resilience, privacy, and technology risk. Throughout her career, she has led enterprise-wide adoption of new technologies across data, AI, and security, translating innovation into practical business value across government, regulated industries, and commercial organizations, from startups and SMBs to Fortune 100 enterprises. Her work has included AI implementation, enterprise data management and governance, application security, digital transformation, and large-scale technology initiatives. Her current focus includes responsible enterprise adoption of AI and agentic systems, with particular emphasis on secure and resilient autonomous operations and the security challenges emerging as AI, data, cloud infrastructure, software, and physical operations become increasingly interconnected.
