In the illustrated dust jacket that shows light edge-wear and a couple closed tears, notably front panel near head of spine. Price of $10 intact on the front flap. Signed by both Andrews and Larssen on the title page. Ralph Andrews was a Seattle advertising man whose ongoing enthusiasm for antique photographs led to research projects and, eventually, a fruitful relationship with Albert Salisbury and his Superior Publishing Company. Together they published more than a dozen titles. Dust jacket is now housed in a removable, clear archival sleeve. .
