Volume bears 1916 date, but likely published c. mid-1920s (per Bienvenue p.69). With 12 captioned color plates (none are missing), and also illustrated throughout in black & white by John R. Neill. --- In blue cloth-covered boards with color Neill illustration pasted to cover; spine with Neill illustration and titling in black. Volume lacks the dust jacket. --- A Good-only copy with a repaired front hinge which had loosened, a child's crayon markings on a few leaves, her name in ink on ownership page and wear to cover extremities. A discreet Denver bookseller label is affixed to rear paste-down. Textblock itself is tightly-bound.; Tall Octavo - 9 to 10 in. tall; 315 pages.
