Covers heavily worn and spotted, binding strip and endpapers possibly replaced at some point in the early 20th century, hinges lightly cracked but secure, text block sound, pages age-darkened but clean, modern name and address stamp in blue at the top of the first page of the advertising section and at the bottom of the final page, map foxed and with numerous old repairs to the reverse side using clear paper tape, some additional separation along fold lines, but complete. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.
