Buch Erstausgabe
Hardcover. Zustand: Near Fine. No Jacket. 1st Edition. The world of mainly photographic modelling in the 1960's.There are very faint marks - barely noticeable - to the front upper part of the elegant cream and white binding. No jacket. Wonderful photographs of the famous girls, and sometimes occasionally hilarious instructions. How to become TOP, in a serious work-a-day way. Fashion models: Hair, big and lots of it. Lips: pouty. Boobs, try and hide them - I mean your are only fourteen-come-twenty-two and there is a huge gap between Fashion Modelling and er, Glamour modelling. This is "how to" in a big, serious, model way. . . reminding one that a third of your income might be needed for tax purposes and the need to eat nothing, particularly in between nothings. I am going to dash off and smother the boot-black thickly round my eyes at once. Rather a Rare Book, written by the name that launched a thousand careers, Lucie Clayton.
