Buch
Soft cover. Zustand: Fine. 8vo. Illustrated. The first six issues of the Journal of Neurophysiology in fine condition. These were wrapped in brown paper in 1938 and have remained there since. The journal continues to be published today. According to an article by Bill Yates (May 2018), The JN was only the second periodical ever published that focused on the nervous system. JN was conceived by the ?axonologists,? a group of scientists interested in the electrical potentials of neurons who gathered during American Physiological Society meetings in the 1930s, led by Joseph Erlanger, by members from Washington University and John Fulton from Yale. Rare. [Neurology] [Physiology].
