Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. No Jacket. Arthur J Gaskin (illustrator). *** IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK YOU MUST CHOOSE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT SO THAT I CAN SEND THIS BOOK AIR MAIL WITH TRACKING AND INSURANCE. IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE PRIORITY MAIL, I WILL REFUSE YOUR ORDER AND I WILL NOT TRADE WITH YOU AGAIN. *** This is a UK first edition hardcover published by George Allen in 1893. The photos show the condition better than I can describe, however overall I am grading as Very Good. The book has a straight spine, with firm but scuffed corners and spine ends. The boards are a bit grubby and the wording on the spine faded. The page edges are toned but aside from the odd fox spot the interior text block is clean. A previous owner inscription is present on a front end paper. The title page confirms the book was published in 1893, which I am given to understand from research is the first printing.
