The teacher's pages (through p. 191, all one-color black) have a few notations in pencil, but are pretty okay . After the 191 teacher's pages come the colorful Fun with Dick and Jane pages, all of which are colorfully illustrated and in nice condition from p. 1 through p. 72 (which includes the title page). Then most pages from p. 73 through p. 124 have bad tears, some rumpling, etc. incl. two pages with missing portions & two pages stuck together. Then pages 125 through 159 nice again except one tear. Both vocabulary pages present at rear as well as the final page of printing, the un-numbered acknowledgements page - which is not followed by the rear free endpaper (absent). At the front again, front free endpaper is missing as well as perhaps a half-title page. (The first page at the front is p. 3, the beginning of the Contents.)
