From the library of Town Head House (Windermere). Clean tight text bound in old half leather and marbled boards. Covers a little worn but spine very worn with loss to bottom half. Joints and hinges tender but covers holding. Most suitable to rebind or repair or a good working copy.

James Spreull (1908 1998) was a 20th-century Scottish veterinarian, professor, and scientific author, a pioneer of tissue and skin transplant in animals. This book appears to have come from his private collection.
