There is a painting of the famous gunslinger on the right hand side of each page and a text about the individual on the left hand side of the page. 20 famous old West Gunfighters are included, 19 men and one woman, the woman being Calamity Jane. This pamphlet is held together by two staples that are a bit rusty. The front cover has a fold in the bottom right hand corner of approximately two inches.It is an interesting paradox that our famous Old West gunfighters had not been painted until Lea McCarty went to work on them to set down authentically in oil these characters as they actually appeared. The last page of the work, page 44, portrays nine pistols of famous gunfighters with a brief mention of their historic significance. No underlining, no highlighting, no owner names, not ex-libris, no remainder marks, no dogeared interior pages, no foxing, no smudges or stains, no odors no tears to pages, no spine leaning. A very nice copy; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed!
