CONTENTS ARE LIKE NEW!!! However, there are several cracks between pages throughout, and much outer wear & tear: Spine is loose & marked, bumped & scuffed either end. Cover appears to have been bent as there is a crack on front & vertical ripples in middle of back cover, image on front cover is scuffed & scratched, advert on back cover is marked & grubby, slightly damaged, all edges worn & frayed. Corners bumped & frayed with boards exposed & worn away there. Prize sticker dated 1914 on front pastedown. Colour Frontispiece slightly rippled & discoloured. Some pages have tiny edge bumps/nicks/tears, and/or tiny corner folds, and/or creasing at head, and/or rough-cut bottom edge. Light age tanning & occasional foxing throughout, more pronounced at beginning & end of book. VERY RARE BOOK FOR YOUNG READERS, EXCELLENT CONDITION INSIDE!!!
