In overall very good used condition with only minor signs of handling and storage - corners tips worn and blue cloth spine slightly faded. Internally clean. Binding tight and appears little read, no annotations or inscriptions - the ownership section has been completed very neatly dated 25th December 1951; the ownership page is tanned and page-ends are lightly toned but text and illustrations remain bright and clear throughout. A collection of stories for young children, with titles such as: Pirate Gold, Mischief in the Air, Timpy Toot's New House, The Secret of the Old School, The Brave Cavaliers, and many others. Edited by Mrs Bruin. In the original quarter cloth binding with pictorial paper covered boards. Externally, smart with light shelf wear and rubbing to the extremities. Fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd pencil mark. Previous owner's has neatly completed the "This Book Belongs To:" section to the front endpaper in ink. Very Good Indeed. book.
