Starke Beschädigungen des weißen Randes mit Blattverlust, in den Fälzen mehrfach gebrochen, 3 Löcher im Durchmesser 1 mm, eines im Durchmesser 2 mm, eines mit Durchmesser 3 mm. Blatt war 4-fach gefaltet. Papier leicht gebräunt, stellenweise braunfleckig. Trotz der geschilderten Mängel sammelwürdiges Exemplar. Sprache: Deutsch Blattgröße : 63,3 x 53,5 cm; Kupferstich : 50,5 x 38 cm.

Altkolorierte Kupferstichkarte 44 x 50cm, Blattgröße 52,5 x 61 cm. Auf zwei Karten untereinander wird der Verlauf der Nordseeküste von Leyden bis Eiderstadt gezeigt. Nicht genordet. Die obere Karte mit Titelkartusche und Meilenanzeiger, die untere Karte mit einer Nebenkarte: Elbe von Colmar bis Hamburg. Sorgfältige Ausführung aller Untiefen vor der Küste und den Inseln. Im Bereich des Wassers zahlreiche Kompassrosen mit Rumben. - Eine Karte dieser Art wird Wattenkarte genannt, da sie zwar Seezeichen aufgeführt hat, aber keinerlei Wassertiefen, was dann eine Seekarte wäre. - Pieter Schenk, 1645 - 1715, Gerard Valk, 1651 - 1726, beide Kupferstecher und Verleger in Amsterdam. - Das Papier leicht gebräunt, am unteren Blattrand leicht wasserfleckig. Bei der unteren Karte leichte Einrisse in den Bereichen des grünen Altkolorits.
