She was an art-educator, Painter, graphic designer, childrens book illustrator etc. In May 1939 she immigrate to the USA, where she was also art director at the American Crayon Company. - Out of the collection of Gisela Gobier, the mother of Christiane Gräfin zu Stolberg and a pupil and co-worker of Zweybrück.

Nicht bei Heller, BW. - Äußerst selten. - Zweybrück, (1890 - 1956), studierte 1908-11 an der Allgemeinen Abteilung der Wiener Kunstgewerbeschule und besuchte hier 1911-13 die Fachklasse Koloman Mosers, 1913-14 die Oskar Strnads. 1915 gründete sie eine kunstgewerbliche Privatlehranstalt in Wien, vorwiegend für Textilien und Spielzeug, der später die Werkstätte Zweybrück-Prochaska angeschlossen wurde. Sie schuf Entwürfe für Druckstoffe, Tapeten, Lederwaren, Keramiken und Packpapiere und war auch als Buchkünstlerin tätig. Seit 1934 lebte Z. in New York, leitete als Direktorin der American Crayon Company die Textilwerkstätten der Gesellschaft in New York und Los Angeles und war Herausgeberin der Zeitschrift "Every Day Art". Zweybrück veröffentlichte u.a. die Kinderbücher Come and Play und Children and Animals. (DBE) - Emmy Zweybrück war wesentliche Mitarbeiterin bei den Wiener Werkstätten. - Nahezu tadelloses Exemplar.
