Erstausgabe
First edition. Softcover. A landmark exhibition catalog for the show at the George Eastman House. Features an introduction by William Jenkins with excerpts from the writings of Baltz, Adams and Deal. Jenkins writes of an almost indebtedness to Edward Ruscha whose lack of sentimentality or emotion was an influence on many of the participants in the show. Includes black and white images by Adams, Baltz, the Bechers, Deal, Gohlke, Nixon, Schott, Wessel and color images by Shore. Also includes biographical information about each artist. A very good plus copy in wrappers with some light foxing. Otherwise a very nice copy.
