Gebraucht - Wie neu Buchblock wellig -Im Rahmen der Hirndiagnostik im Magnetresonanztomographen werden im Universitätsinstitut für Diagnostische und Interventionelle Neuroradiologie (DIN) am Inselspital Bern bei Fragestellungen nach Schlaganfall, Hirnblutung bei Aneurysmen und Tumoren, Parameter der Hirnperfusion (Hirndurchblutung) gemessen. Im DIN kommen die MR-Geräte Siemens 3 T MAGNETOM Verio und Siemens 1.5 T MAGNETOM Vision für diese Diagnostik zum Einsatz. Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Validierung der MR-Scanner in Bezug auf die Hirnperfusionsparameter 'Time to peak' (TTP) und 'Mean transit Time' (MTT). Die Validierung erfolgte retrospektiv mit Hilfe von 42 Patienten im Alter von 30 - 60 Jahren, welche wegen diverser Fragestellungen eine MR-Perfusionsuntersuchung in den oben genannten MR-Geräten erhielten, jedoch keine hirnperfusionsrelevanten Pathologien aufwiesen. Die Daten des so gewonnene gesunde 'Normkollektives' wurde Hilfe der FDA-validierten Hirnperfusionsanalyse Software nordicICE der Firma NordicNeuroLab auf die TTP und die MTT hin ausgewertet. Die statistische Betrachtung der Messergebnisse zeigen, dass es keine gerätespezifischen Unterschiede für die TTP und die MTT gibt.
