Este libro recoge algunas de las ponencias del curso, incluyendo la visión de personas expertas en políticas de igualdad y la experiencia desde los Rectorados de diferentes Universidades. Las áreas analizadas y los temas propuestos fueron variadísimos. La brecha salarial, las diferencias entre el perfil de los estudios o las herramientas públicas para la promoción de la igualdad fueron algunos de los temas analizados. Sin omitir la atención al papel de las unidades de igualdad, las formas de integrar la igualdad en la docencia, la investigación y la innovación, o las dificultades para superar algunos estereotipos. La diversidad de la Universidad española ofrece un abanico amplio para implementar e interpretar la igualdad de género.
