Wie sie diese Räume nutzten und kreativ (um-)gestalteten und auf welche Weise es ihnen gelang, reale Räume mental zu transgredieren und durch mentale Innenräume auszuwechseln, zeigt diese Arbeit. Dabei wird Raum - in Anlehnung an Giddens' Theory of Structuration und den poststrukturalistischen Ansatz der Archäologie - als sowohl wirkmächtig als auch verschieden interpretierbar und transformierbar verstanden.
