No date is given. The endpapers have a greentone illustration of two ships at sea. A section titled Leyendas Indigenas de America has 5 chapters. A section titled El Descubrimiento de America has 2 chapters, Each section has one tipped-in, color illustration. The head and tail of each chapter has a b/w illustration. Each chapter initial has printed, b/w illumination. The original spine strip is missing one inch of the bottom end and the edges that covered the joints, has several places of the top layer of paper that is chipped off, and it is glued onto a green, cloth spine strip. Boards' corners are bare of paper, up a linear 1/2 in. The front pastedown has an ink stamp of a book store. Most of the front endpapers' fold is split over the hinge. The pages are tanned. Some of the top and left ends of the second color illustration has been stuck to the facing page, leaving color pulled off, mostly spots of night sky. Scans e-mailed upon request.
