The number of valid retrieved questionnaires was 288 with a recovery rate of 89.1%. Returned forms were analyzed using the program of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study reached a set of results. Most importantly, the study found there are adequate human and financial capabilities for the planning process, the qualifications of the trained employees have improved obviously in the strategic planning process, The administration monitors the implementation of the strategic plan continuously. 60 pp. Englisch.…
