Rubbing to extremities of half bound boards w/marbled cloth, four raised bands on spine w/gilt titles, marbled edges, foxing confined to end papers. Grading commensurate with age of book. Extensive neat penciled marginalia to 'The Jew', 'Auctionairs', Gipsies'. 'The Bill Sticker', 'The Showman'. Last page foxed with 2 cm tear in margin. Pp (vi), 92 + (2).

REBOUND in modern strong dark green library cloth and with small library stamps at base of title pages and on odd text pages. Also small library numbers verso title pages.
