Hardcover, bound in original dark brown leather with large gilt seal to front cover. Cover is also embossed with the name "Hon. J. Bobleter, House of Representatives". Covers are edgeworn but gilt remains crisp and bright. Spine is mostly perished; boards are attached by webbing. Contents, though, are in very good condition. Text=block remains firmly bound. Pages are clean and unmarked with no signs of prior ownership. Light uniform tanning to paper throughout. The map is present, intact, and in very good condition.
