Published in the summer of 1959 in Chicago by Big Table. This issue contains a number of notable contributions, including In Quest of Yage by William S. Burroughs ( incorporated into Naked Lunch ) and Kaddish by Allen Ginsberg. Other contributors include Paul Blackburn, Paul Bowles, Lawrence Ferlinghetti and others. Also includes the art of Leon Golub and a striking photo of Burroughs. A very good copy with some toning to the spine, and the page browning endemic to this title.
