Hardcover no dust jacket in slipcase. Slipcase bound in red cloth and marbled paper over boards in very good+ condition with a little rubbing to edges. The book itself is bound in full red morocco leather with gilt titles, 5 raised bands and gilt designs to compartments to spine with decorative gilt borders and flowers to both boards. Binding in very good condition with a little rubbing to top & tail of spine, edges of boards and tips. Inside all pages and plates with full edge gilt in very good/near fine condition with the occasional small mark and a hint of toning to pages. A lovely early copy. William Clark (illustrator).…
