All of the kites are star-shaped. A notation printed on the front wrapper states that the company is "Scientific and Experimental Mechanical Exp…erts", indicating that these kites are for scientific use, not toys. Some of the kites presented are in the colors of major universities (orange and black for Princeton, red and blue for Pennsylvania, navy blue for Yale, etc.) An unusual specialty catalogue.
