As a youngster, I recall a neighbor having a dog with three legs. I knew that dogs had four legs. Thus, I had a problem. Hmm, a dog with three legs versus the concept that dogs had four legs. I came to understand that dogs were born with four legs (truth), yet Tippy was born with only three (true).
