This book, published in 1909, is an invaluable resource for anyone interested in the history of Emory College, one of the oldest and most prestigious Methodist institutions of higher learning in the United States. The extensive class rolls that constitute the bulk of the book provide a fascinating glimpse into the lives of the institution's alumni. Given the book's publication date, the vast majority of the individuals featured in these class rolls studied and graduated in the 19th century, which grants the reader a unique opportunity to consider the lives and careers of men who lived and worked in that era. This 1909 volume captures an important moment in the life of Emory College, and will be of keen interest not only to historians, but to anyone who has attended or is otherwise connected to this historic institution. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format.
