Pictorial boards. Zustand: Near Fine. Ella Dolbear Lee and Hazel Frazee (illustrator). Wonderful collection from Whitman Publishing out of Racine, Wisconsin, including 4 original titles and the uncommon pictorial box which houses them. The titles are "Molly's New Neighbor", "The Story of Mowie" and "Billie the Turk", all 3 written by Anna Darby Merrill and illustrated by Ella Dolbear Lee; and "My Book of Ten Fishes", written by Rosalie G. Mendel and illustrated by Hazel Frazee. All 4 titles --uniform 16mos-- are clean and Near Fine in their pictorial boards and the lovely decorative box has held up nicely as well and is solid and VG+, with light wear (just a touch of abrading) at the front panel and a bit of soiling to the bottom of the box. A very handsome set.
