Soft cover. Zustand: VG. 5pp extract, salvaged from a damaged copy of the Annual Report Of The Board Of Regents Of The Smithsonian Institution For The Year Ended June 30 1940. Delivered before the National Academy of Sciences at its Washington meeting, April 23, 1940. The author was at Bell Telephone Laboratories. Housed in protective mylar report cover.
