The familiar characters of Thumbelina, the Snow Queen, and the Ugly Duckling are captured in this illustrated volume. The volume contains 137 stories in total, along with a short biography of Hans Christian Anderson. In the publisher's original illustrated hard back binding, found in the unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, lovely, with just some shelf wear. There is a small stain to the bottom edge of the text block to the volume of Hans Christian Anderson stories.
