Trade Paperback. Zustand: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. G/none, used, illustrated stiff paper wraps, iii-xi, 409pp plus updates and errata to rear. Interior clean no marks, binding tight. The title page is loose but still laid in (poor binding glue). Slight shelf rubbing to wraps, no chips, corners square, former owners name stamped to page fore-edges and stamped to the upper. Small tear to head of spine, small ding to lower near spine at center of lower. This is the proceedings of a conference at West Virginia University, Morgantown, May 23-25, 1977.
