Volume Six has 2&1/2" scrape at spine which runs through cloth to underlying cardborad foundation and is missing several pieces the widest of which is 1/4". Gold embossing at spine moderately rubbed. Minor foxing especially at beginning of volumes. Pages somewhat toned. One signature pulled on Volume IV and two each on Volumes V & VI. Frontis's mildly foxed but present and intact except for Volume VI which appears to have been issued without a frontis. Hinges tight and texts clean.…
