A small book put out in the early part of the 1960s on the art of writing a science fiction short story / novel. The contributors were (and still are) doyens of their genre, be they writer of novels or editors of the science fiction magazine. This book is showing age and wear  please see photographs. A little creasing of the book corners and rubbing of the book edges and panels. Sunning to the book with various signs of insect activity to the front and rear panels. Quite nasty insect nibbles to the top right hand corner of the free front endpaper along with previous owner's name. Light browning to the text block edges and age toning of the pages. Scattered foxing to the text block edges with some foxing to the endpapers. Original bookseller's rubber stamp to the lower left hand corner of the free front endpaper.
