CONTENTS DESCRIPTION: Thomson was an Idaho/Utah based Mormon Mason who ran afoul of the anti-Mormon Masonry and the United States Postal Service. This book, written by the prosecuting attorney, details his trial for mail fraud; namely selling Masonic degrees by mail while misrepresenting "the standing and character" of his Masonic organization by claiming it was "the only regular, legitimate, and true Scottish Rite body in America".
