An early pamphlet in the Workers Leagueâs Bulletin Labor Series, presenting a Trotskyist analysis of the U.S. steel industry and labor movement. It reflects the organizationâs efforts in the 1960sâ"1970s to intervene in industrial struggles and articulate a transitional program for rank-and-file militants.
