This is the Sixth Printing, published in January 1964 by Holt, Rinehart and Winston. The book is a solid gray hardcover with a photo-pictorial dust-jacket. This copy happens to have been issued through a book club (No price on jacket, and has the small impression on the rear cover bottom corner).
