Tables of cases and statutes. 5 Appendices and Index make up a quarter of the book. 329 pp.A treatise by a solicitor based in King's Lynn on the various legal problems connected with the use of the seashore. A correct academic work with all legal cases cited. There is an Appendix of Notes on Colonial and Dominion Law, very much a sign of those (1934) times. Other Appendices are Legislation relating to the Foreshore and Coast Erosion and Coast Defence. There are 10 main chapters commencing with the a short history of the subject and continuing with the problems the lawyer has to grapple with over public rights and various titles to both the land and items of property. This might not be a reliable guide to the present law but it makes for interesting reading. This copy of a rare book £125.
