Trade Paperback. Zustand: Good. Holmes, Harriet Morton (illustrator). Ninth Printing. 68 Pages. Covers show signs of scuffing. Tight book with flawless interior text and illustrated pages. Illustrations of the birds are drawn by Harriet Holmes and are in color. Interior text and illustrated pages are flawless. The author seems to be writing about close friends and revealing every intimate, gossipy little tid bit. Of the nesting manners of Doves she writes I've wathched him for hours carrying twigs and grass to some impossible place where his lady waited. Neither seems to have the least idea of how to use the material, knocking off most of accumulation but showing no discouragment. If he wants to rest she'll actually push him off the ledge and force him to keep up his efforts.
