All four volumes are red cloth over boars with brown lettering and decoration on the covers and spine, and gold lettering on the spine as well. Volumes may small musty. Decorations on the front covers are the same wood engraving illustrations inside each volume. All are in good condition - the binding on each volume is square and tight, the pages are clean and bright. The top page edges of each volume have some small stains on them, presumably from dirt. The rest of the volumes are clean and bright. The History of the Adventures of Joseph Andrews and his Friend Mr. Abraham Adams is 303 pages. The History of Tom Jones is 697 pages and has extra endpapers tucked into the front cover. Amelia is 475 pages. The Life of Mr. Jonathan Wild The Great is 186 pages. Illustrators are Derrick Harris, Derrick Harris, Simon Brett and Frank Martin, respectively. Slipcase is green paper over boards with gold lettering. Slipcase is damaged on the right side. Because of the slipcase and weight, we'll need to ship this set in a box. Extra shipping may be required for international or priority shipping.
