A ce titre il fait le siège de la Seu d'Urgel, obligeant la ville à capituler après trois jours de tranchée ouverte.Certificat avec la narration par le Baron Hurel de toutes les difficultés auquel le lieutenant Morin a été confronté lors du siège de SEU D'URGEL et pour lequel il avait demandé avec insistance la croix de la Légion d'Honneur.Unique.en trés bon état (very good condition).
