Dust jacket is color illustrated with black and red text on upper; has chips and tears at head and tail edges, head of spine has a 1 1/2" x 1" piece missing and the tail has a 1/2" x 1" piece missing; scuffing at edges of foldover on upper and lower and a 1" tear on the head of upper foldover. Interior pages are clean, unmarked though yellowed. On pages 139-144 the foredge is creased and folded over about 1/8". Binding is tight. There are over 50 songs with piano music and words included in the book.
